We loved staying here. The property has all the beach equipment you could need. The room was very clean and the layout was very nice. The patio has a slight view of the ocean and was nice during the evening to watch and feel the sunset. I would recommend this stay.

Great stay!

The condo was exactly as described and in a great location, we loved the grassy area right in front of the beach if we didn’t feel like sitting in the sand! Tim had all the essentials for us and was quick to respond if we had any questions- we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great views and location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kealia resort. Location is right on the beach, and just minutes away from Kihei. Tim was a great host, very responsive.

Perfect spot for two!

This was a perfect condo for our Maui vacation. Great central location made it easy to get virtually anywhere on the island with our rental car. Host was very responsive and helpful; loved having access to beach gear!

Perfect Maui Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. This place had everything we needed for an exceptional vacation including beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc.The location cannot be beat with easy access to all of Maui, and we loved walking the beach here every morning. Our host had excellent communication with us. We would definitely stay again!

This place was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Maui! The location was perfect with being right on the beach and being in a central area on the island! The property did change ownership before we arrived and Tim was very accommodating and even helped with tips on food recommendations! I would absolutely recommend this place again!

Lovely!

Overall, a very nice stay! CLEAN, comfortable, and nice view of the ocean. A few hiccups: no hot tub like the listing originally indicated (disappointing!), no washcloths or beach towels, and we had some problems with the doors.Tim was VERY responsive and friendly, and quickly remedied the lack of towels and washcloths. I appreciated his communication. I would stay here again - quiet building, and great value.

This condo is cute & clean. The property is showing its age but it’s in a great location. The road noise from the unit is a bit loud & the mattress could use an upgrade, but it’s a good value & we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet getaway in the heart of Maui!

This stay was the perfect location in Kihei — right in the center on Maui and just a short drive from both sides of the island, while also providing a quiet and secluded location for my partner and I. It is the perfect size for 2 people and being only steps away from the beach makes it even better. Tim made checking in and getting settled in to our stay very easy and simple, as well as being extremely helpful and responsive — would recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway to the beautiful island!

Cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had plenty of room to maneuver even with the Murphy bed in the down position. The unit was generous stocked with essential supplies and had a good supply of hangers and drawers. Views of the beach and mountains was amazing. Great location for access to everything . Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back again for a longer stay!

Perfect for two with everything you can think of included. 30 steps to the beach was great for morning walks. Private parking spot. Lydia is a good host thinking of everything before you arrive. Rental car suggested in Maui about 30-35 minutes to Lahaina Area. Will rent again.

Nice place to stay in Kihei

Overall, it was a good stay. The partial ocean view is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer, and plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook. I had a few issues with the door locking and this is no fault of the host but we were told not to go in the water because of Portuguese Man-o-wars (mini jellyfish) that were washing all along the shore. It would have been nice to get a heads up about that! I would stay here again. The location is a short walk from a few businesses, and a short drive to the main area of Kihei, and it was affordable enough for the area.

Upon arrival was not aware that the condo did not have a bedroom , that the Murphy bed was in the living room, and needs a better mattress. But the location was ideal and great beachfront stay , loved are morning walks!!! View was amazing!! We would return definitely. Thank you Ana Trejo

Anniversary Trip

The property had just changed owners before our trip and Tim helped tremendously to make sure the transition was smooth. He was available and easily contacted for any issues. The unit is in a very centralized location for sightseeing! I do recommend renting a jeep and touring on your own! So many beautiful sights to see and memories to make! Relaxing our minds and souls is what it was all about! It was ACCOMPLISHED!❤️

Maui

We had a great stay at this studio located right on the beach. The location is very convenient and is located near many touristy areas. With the fold down bead it was a tight fit with little extra space, but still totally doable with two people. There is a nice dresser to put you cloths in. It’s stocked with all the essentials, including bench chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie board, and small cooler. I did find the amount of cleaning we were asked to do before leaving strange with there already being an expensive cleaning fee for a small place. Overall a great trip.

Great Location

It had changed owners after I booked this condo and Tim was great and responsive to work with. He made the change over completely seamless! I was able to communicate with Tim prior to our arrival and he responded quickly! We enjoyed the condo location, could not be beat! It does sit backing a main road, which becomes very loud throughout the condo at all hours. When the traffic was light we enjoyed listening to the waves crash. We also stayed during some wind and the sliding glass door whistled, we would just crack the slider and it would stop. We enjoyed the pool, morning walks on sugar beach, the ocean, and breakfast and sunsets on the lanai. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear which was helpful! The property has lounge chairs that you can enjoy on the grass, ocean front. Several days, we enjoyed the pool and beach/grass privately, which we were pleasantly surprised with since it was spring break for some. It had a private parking spot which was convenient, so we didn’t have to fight or look for parking daily. We noticed when we would turn off the ac, there would be an influx of tiny black bugs that would be dead inside in front of the slider and ac unit and outside the slider. We would sweep them out every morning. We are from the mountains, so we didn’t have a problem cleaning these up, we know we were in a tropical place. Overall, the location was great and the property had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our trip in Maui!!!

Nice unit, great place to enjoy the sunsets

The condo was very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. It had great towels, fully stocked kitchen, assigned parking spot. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the traffic noise, the unit faces the street. The traffic noise is terrible, we had to keep the windows and patio doors closed and run the air conditioner at all times, sitting on the lanai was very unpleasant because of it. However, you could sit on the beach directly in front of the resort in very nice chairs supplied by the resort to enjoy the beach and great sunsets. Sugar Beach is very nice to walk on early in the morning.

A great stay!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Maui! The condo is very close to pretty much everything on the west side of Maui, and very easy to get to from the airport too. Lydia has everything you need for your stay readily available, and it was a great home base for us to tackle many day trips. Highly recommend!
