Absolutely adored staying at this villa - the beautiful view over the golf course, the peaceful location, having the pool and BBQ nearby, gorgeous decor in every room, a fully-equipped kitchen, made our trip-of-a-lifetime perfect!

Wonderful Time

We stay here with our two kids and grandparents. We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was centrally located within the facility (we had family staying in another condo nearby) and it was so easy to access both pools. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. We absolutely would stay here again!

Perfect Quiet Location

Excellent location in Wailea

This condo had everything that we needed. It was exactly as it was described in the listing.Perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, and other day trips. The property was beautifully maintained with stunning trees, bushes, and flowers and both pools are just steps away from the front door. The golf course was a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Lovely Wailea stay

Beautiful spacious property overlooking the golf course with some ocean view. Provided everything needed. Just a pity the close-by pool area was a quiet zone. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Beautifully updated with nice amenities

Tastefully remodeled with AC units in all rooms. Master suite and bathroom are gorgeous. Lanai has looks out over the golf course with partial ocean views.

Great property!

We come to wailea every year with our growing family and loved this place! It was close to everything we needed, the pool was great for kids, and the unit itself was well kept and large enough for all of us. We enjoyed our meals and sunsets on the lanai, and will look to visit on our trip next year!! The hosts were also incredibly helpful and accommodating to some requests we had for our kiddies ! Thanks for such a wonderful memory and trip!

Overall the condo was great. We appreciate plenty of towels and the space was clean. Wonderful location and beautiful sunsets! The back screen and slider need adjusting. Other that that, all great!

Family vacation in Wailea

We had a great time staying at this villa. It has everything we need and made us felt like a home away from home. The villa is beautiful with ocean view. We had a great time watching sunset by the lanai. The place was very quiet, clean & comfortable. Also walking distance to the shop at Wailea and a great Hawaiian hula show. Also Jackie the owner of the villa was very nice & helpful communicating with all informations around Maui from some restaurant's & entertainments before we even arrive. We can’t wait to come back and stay again in Wailea.

Lovely Home Away From Home

It was our annual family vacation to the Hawiann islands and we had an amazing stay at this condo in Wailea! The Golf views from the balcony were stunning and the sunsets breath taking. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all the amenities we needed making us feel right at home. The location is perfect with great access to the beaches and nearby attractions. It was a peacefully quite home allowing us to truly relax, winddown and reconnect. The owners were attentive, responsive and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise next year, if not sooner!!

Maui Family Trip

We were so impressed with your renovated bathrooms, updates, cleanliness, wrap around extra large deck with golf course views. This deck created extra fun with beautiful sunsets, ocean breezes & privacy. Better location than being by pool & parking lot. We enjoyed being on the first level for walkable ease with stroller, bringing luggage to/from condo. Also, we enjoyed clean pools, hot tubs & grills. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

Wonderful place and awesome location! Would definitely stay there again! JJ was exceptional in her communications with us. Onsite maintenance person was so helpful. Having an onsite washer and dryer was extremely valuable. The beach was super close and clean. Great location to the pool. Loved seeing the sunsets, golfers, and ocean outside while sitting on the lanai. The only hiccup and lower rating regarding the online listing is in NO WAY a reflection of the owners of the condo and instead was the VRBO website glitch. We had booked a different condo with different sleeping arrangements (since there were seven of us). The VRBO website proved to secure this one instead of the initial one we thought we had booked. We were blessed this was the condo that was the one we were assigned! It was awesome! Thanks so much!

Great home base, everything just as described!

We had a great week here. It was spacious and clean, and the layout and amenities were just as described in the listing. We especially appreciated how easy it was to find everything - cabinets in the kitchen are labeled clearly, and other items like laundry baskets and beach towels were neatly but conveniently stored. The location of this unit within the development is also very convenient. We liked that it was on the first floor (due of mobility issues, but it also made it very easy to load the car for the beach!) Because of the design, even being on the first floor, this unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean - just as in Jackie’s photos. You can even see a bit of one of the pools from the patio. One of my favorite parts of staying here, though, was the luxurious master bath! After a full day of swimming and hiking with the kids it was such a treat to wind down and get ready for bed in the large, newly renovated shower. Speaking of bedtime, one thing to note: make sure the slat windows are closed at bedtime. We woke up to the beautiful sound of island birds, but woke up a little earlier than we wanted our first day! Easily resolved once we realized there were small, slatted windows that were letting in sound (and warm air). In regard to location, we usually stay in Kaanapali, but we loved our first stay in Wailea! From the unit we could walk to restaurants, shops, pickleball, & it was easy to park at a variety of local beaches and snorkeling spots.

Excellent stay, great hosts

My family of four plus an Aunt and Uncle spent the week of Thanksgiving in this residence (6 total). The residence was spacious, comfortable, relaxing, and provided the various amenities/supplies we needed to cook, use at the pool, and the beach. We ate casual meals the kitchen counter and had nice family meals at the dining table. The lanai provided a wonderful spot to relax, read, and watch golfers, the sunset, and more. The master suite is very spacious, the murphy bed mattress in the third bedroom could be a bit more comfortable but did the trick, and the room with twin beds was perfect for my two kids. The a/c units cooled down the unit/rooms well. Having both pools so close was great, and having the quiet pool next to this unit was a plus (didn't hear noise from it!). My girls and I walked around the complex looking at all the beautiful landscape, collected fallen flowers, and created arrangements for our dining table. The hidden bonus to this unit is the proximity to so much. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and the mall within walking distance, beaches 2 minutes away by car (walking distance if you don't have a lot to carry), and more. The hosts provided an array of tips/recommendations and answered all our questions. They even helped us when we forgot something very near and dear to my daughter (a stuffie she's had since birth), working with their cleaners/management company to get it sent to us. I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great Maui Condo for Families

This is a very nice condo right on the golf course with beautiful views down towards the ocean. The bathrooms are newly updated. The Grand Champions condo complex is not located on the beach but is not too long a walk away. Some of our family members walked to the beach and back nearly every morning. The condo was stocked with some beach gear, some of which had seen better days. There were two brand new snorkel sets, 4 beach chairs (but 2 were broken and not usable), a broken umbrella (but still basically useable), and a ton of beach towels. There are places on Maui where you can rent all this stuff, but we made do with what was supplied and we were happy to have it. The owner was great to communicate with, providing lots of tips and recommendations before the stay. She arranged for two parking spots for our rental cars too. There was a local contact if any issues came up, but we didn’t have any problems during our stay. We didn’t venture anywhere near Lahaina or West Maui and there was still so much to do - Road to Hana, the two areas of Haleakala National Park (The volcano summit for a hike and to watch the sunset and the Pipiwai Trail in the Kipahulu District), plentiful swimming and snorkeling beaches nearby, Kihei and Wailea for restaurants. On the way back from the summit we went to Kula in the “Upcountry” and had a wonderful dinner at the Kula Bistro. There were some sobering signs of the recent fires in the Kula area. Locals were all very welcoming.

Great stay!

Perfect condo and very nice location on Maui. Check-In was super easy. We got a lot of instructions and useful hints from the landlord in advance. We used the kitchen, which was perfectly equipped. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset was beautiful and relaxing and also the pool was super nice. Really nothing to complain, we can recommend the condo by 100%.
