  • Wake up with a short stroll from one of Maui's most beautiful beaches. Spend your morning snorkeling with sea turtles, your afternoons relaxing by the pool, and your evenings watching unforgettable Hawaiian sunsets before returning to a peaceful, beautifully appointed condo with everything you need for an incredible tropical vacation. All this without ever getting into your car.

    The open concept living area is located in Kihei Kai Nani. The unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home. You will find the condo clean and cozy with a garden view off your large 2nd floor balcony. The location is cool and quiet with an A/C unit in both rooms, dishwasher washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen to whip up a feast or just go cruise at the barbecue area. We purchased a high-end sofa coach so the unit can handle a family up to 3. We also have a flat screen TV with fast free wi-fi. We have added a Fire Stix to stream your favorite platforms.

    The complex has a nice large pool area, many barbecue areas as well as shuffleboard. Security is always on sight for your protection.

    The area has everything you need. Beaches, surf, whale watching, sunset walks and lots of choices of shops and restaurants. Drive nearby to golf and resort amenities. Maui provides many different activities and breath-taking sights to enjoy. We look forward to your stay.

    There is a $175 fee for cleaning for all stays,

This was the perfect condo for us. Nice walking distance to the beach and many of the restaurants and shops we love. Orrin and Heidi were great hosts. They are fast to respond. Also they were very kind and understanding when had delays with our flights to Maui. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee. No view of the beach but was private with all the trees and always had birds singing to you. I was grateful for the washer and dryer, it's nice to clean clothes and dry suits to take home.

A lovely unit in a well maintained resort. Love the pool and all the BBQ’s around the complex. Location is perfect as you can walk to beaches. The unit was well supplied with everything we needed. Bed was comfy. We would return.

Living the Dream

The condo provided everything needed for a stress free holiday on Maui. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The unit was well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards for the beach. The kitchen made our month long stay easy as it had more then enough utensils for cooking etc. We would book this unit again if we return.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. The condo is very close to the beach and very ease to get to other beaches. Room is very clean. The owner prepared almost everything for making food. What we like most is there was even a coffee brewer. Every morning we can enjoy wonderful coffee. That makes us feel like at home. Very nice stay. Wei stay there if decide to go Maui again.

We stayed for 1.5 months, I worked from the apartment, good internet! We liked everything, clean, quiet, everything you need for life is there. A beautiful beach across the road from the complex, 5 minutes walk. The balcony is shaded by trees, so the apartment does not heat up, the air conditioner was not needed, we did not even turn on the fan. There is a washing and dryer machines in the apartment! We met the owners, wonderful people, pleasant to talk to and very attentive! Thank you, it was great! We would like to come back!

Great place to base your Maui trip out of.

This was our first time to Maui, and I am so glad I stumbled into this place. It was a great base camp for all of the Adventures Maui has to offer. We went to a ton of beaches and some of our favorites were within walking distance from the condo (down the parking lot) the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were a bonus. Kitchen was well stock with pots and pans, bed was comfortable and my kid said she slept well on the pull out couch. Bathroom was nice and clean. Shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. The owners are great and very friendly and responded to any questions I had right away. If (hopefully When) we go back to Maui, I will be booking this place again!

Great Location and Clean

This is our second time to Maui and we loved Kihei area so much and came back. Heidi and Orrin have been great hosts since we contacted them. They are very responsive and helpful with answering our questions. The place is nice and cozy, it’s tucked away from the busy main road, which is nice. It comes with onsuit laundry machines and a little stool which were super helpful when we travel with my young daughter. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, a blender, a water kettle, and the coffee machine. We brought some of our own seasoning but we were quite happy with what they provided. The bedroom is nice and bright. Once we have all the windows open, the air flows from the living room all the way to the bedroom. We didn’t need to use the AC for the whole trip. March seems to be a more windy and cooler season compare to November. There is enough storage space in the bedroom for clothing. The only wish for us is to have a bigger and better bed/mattress. It’s a lot softer than I thought and I can see it needs an upgrade from the ripped side of the mattress when we took off the fitted bedsheet cover. The bedroom has enough space to invest a King size bed. We enjoyed the pool area very much. The beach waves are strong in March and my daughter prefers to stay in the pool. We also met many nice people by the pool side. It’s a very friendly and safe complex. Overall we are quite happy with our stay. Thank you Heidi and Orrin for another wonderful experience.
