You'll stroll past one of Kihei's wonderful bird sanctuaries on a beach less-travelled, with vibrant snorkeling reef, warm-water swimming, and pristine water.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. We loved staying here! The location was great, walked across the street to the farmers market/ABC store almost every day. They also have great shaved ice across the street! We utilized the pool a lot and it was nice to have the sandy beach steps away for morning walks. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo and location. Beautiful kitchen and lanai as well as common area by the pool. Bed was comfortable and unit was quiet. Everyone was super nice and responsive. Loved location and views. Wil be back! One thing to note is barbecue area is on the side of the parking lot and not by the beach like other rentals, so if you're hoping to bbq with a view not the place for you.

Breathe taking view!

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing!! The condo was very clean making it nice to come and enjoy! Perfect location almost like your own private beach. Shave ice, bakery, farmers market and ABC store across the street, all you could need just a few steps away. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!!!

This is the second time in 3 years we’ve spent our vacation at this unit. It’s simply wonderful. Easy access to the rest of island…incredible and relaxing beach. Bakery, farmers market, ABC and shaved ice all just across the street. We’ll be back.

From the moment you walk in, you are captivated by the ocean front view. The apartment is spacious with everything you could possibly need or want. The balcony is big and overlooks the beach, which is a beautiful walk. Swaying palms, waves and convenient to everything. We will be back.

Our 10 days of peace and quiet were heavenly! Great driving directions and local suggestions. This lovely condo has most of the amenities of home, with breathtaking views from nearly every room. We took full advantage of the kitchen, and having beach chairs and an umbrella was a wonderful plus. We loved walking across the street for shave ice, fresh veggies, bakery items, and an ABC store, and the location made exploring everywhere on the island a snap. We look forward to returning!

Million dollar view from a remarkable property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious for two though could be a little tight for four using the pull out sofa. The property managers were extraordinarily responsive to our one issue. We don't expect perfection but they tried really hard to provide it. You can choose this property with confidence knowing both it and the people behind it will leave you pleased with having done so.

Absolute great find!

For far less than the price of a resort, we had an incredible stay right on the ocean. Every day, meals on the balcony with the waves crashing right in front of us. Next door was a welcoming canoe club where we were able to try a visitor session. Across the street, a little shop, coffee, shave ice, and a farmer's market. The condo itself is spacious and comfy. We felt right at home and made use of the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Neighbors said hello and were friendly and welcoming. We spent most of the trip congratulating each other on this great find!

Don’t Rent This Condo!

I don’t want you to rent it so it’s available for us the next time we visit! This is the first time we’ve stayed on this side of the island due to the fires. We’ve always stayed on the West side of the island over the last 25 years. This condo is very nicely decorated and VERY WELL supplied. It’s very centrally located and easy to get anywhere rather quickly. The Sugar Beach Bakery is right across the street to get coffee or morning treats too. The ABC Store is convenient if you need to grab something you forgot or need and don’t want to drive. The Lanai is fantastic for evening sunsets and very private. A view of which you’ll never get tired. It’s on the top floor (6th) so you have a very good vantage point. Lots of beach out front for your morning and evening walks, or just to go for a swim. We are pretty picky about the places we stay and we REALLY enjoyed this unit. So again, please do not rent this unit so it’s available for us again soon! I can’t really think of any down sides. We unfortunately had roof workers repairing the roof of our condo our entire trip which was inconvenient, but not the condo’s fault. We got to know the workers pretty well and they were all nice guys. When you come you’ll have a nice new roof above you!

Convenient, Quiet, and Perfect for Working Remotely

The location is perfect. Not too busy and what you might need is across the street. Beach is great for walking. I worked remotely while staying in the condo. Internet was excellent and working from the kitchen island provided a great view of the ocean and nice ocean breeze.

The furniture both in and out is worn. If you are only using it for sleeping it’s great if you are like us and want to sit outside or inside later at night you will need to use pillows to make the furniture comfortable

Very nice vacation property and location
