This property is aging but the unit we rented was updated and very clean. The pool and hot tub seem a little run down and there isn’t nearly enough insulation between floors if you’re on the bottom floor (our upstairs neighbors seemed to have lead feet and were nocturnal).

This was a very clean property. Condo had everything we needed except a baking sheet, but we made do without it. The pool was fun for evening swimming after the trade winds would come in. The manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The only downsides were that the main mattress is very firm and uncomfortable. The beach shown that you can walk across to from the condo sign was not accessible that route as there were large pipes in the way and a pool of washed up water. You are able to walk a very short distance to the beach and we saw turtles every day down there. Overall it was a great property in a quiet location and we would stay there again. The beauty at night from the patio was great! Recommend it for your stay!

Very clean place with a fully stocked kitchen. It had a Keurig with coffee pods. It had beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels and beach umbrellas. Our specific unit was across from the pool and bbq area which was nice. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for a family so bring your own or buy some. Not a big deal but something to note. Had cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Close to the airport and major grocery stores and amenities. Close to the highway and getting around the island. Very clean and enjoyable stay. Would come again with my family.

I recently stayed at this condo in Maui for 9 days and had a fantastic experience. The condo was very neat and well-maintained, with all the necessary kitchen appliances provided. They also included essential bathroom items like towels and soaps, which was a nice touch. The presence of a washing machine was convenient, just like in any standard condo. The decor was decent and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the beach is just across the road, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will definitely choose this condo again when I visit to Maui.The only thing not good is the red ants army will be waiting for you if you leave the food on kitchen counter or don’t throw away the trash dailies.

Quiet condo complex. Convenient location... 20 min drive from the airport; 5 min drive to the nearest grocery/drug store; beach access directly across the street in front (note: Maui has a ton of small beaches, this is one). Ours was a 1-bedroom condo. It was just my wife and I, and we felt very comfortable. The unit looks like it has been recently updated inside. It was very clean and is well managed. The condo complex itself is not exactly new, but it is also well managed and cared for. Very impressive. Absolutely zero complaints. A pleasant surprise was the many amenities provided. They had a Keurig machine and fully stocked a variety of k-cups. There had basic cooking spices. There are beach chairs. There's more--all things you normally don't get at a hotel or resort. Towels are thick and plush. Very high quality stay overall at this condo. One thing of note: no wheelchair access. We were in a ground-floor unit, and there are still 4-5 steps to get in. I did not exhaustively check around the property, but it seems all ground floor units there have these few steps to get in. No problem for us, but noteworthy if that is a problem for you. Along the same theme, 2nd floor units are accessible via stairway only. No elevators. Thankfully, the complex is only 2 stories high. Would we come back? Absolutely. Hopefully, they will have availability next time!

We booked this place last minute after being storm-stayed after flights being cancelled, and having 4 bonus days in Maui. This condo had everything you needed, and extremely clean and very conveniently located to everything! A quick walk across the road to the beach was a bonus and an incredibly spot to watch the turtles! Very comfy and updated condo for our family (including small kids) the gardens around the property, we loved the bbqs and so nice to have a private pool and hot tub! Also a bonus, lots of parking! Management was very easy to contact and responded within minutes. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!!

We had such a great trip in Maui and a big part of the reason was staying in this condo in Kihei. Check-in was so easy and Aaron was super responsive in allowing us to stay an extra night. The cleanliness was up to our high expectations and was nicely updated with everything we could think to need to help us enjoy our stay. The location is also great.
