centrally located in Kihei Resort with beautiful garden views. The Resort is close to Sugar Beach and across the street from Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach Park.

This well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers over 1,000 square feet of living space for your enjoyment. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home! The beautiful lofted wood ceilings create a spacious island feel for your stay. Open up the windows and let the island air flow through as you listen to the swaying palms and the Hawaiian birds.

The main living area boasts a beautiful vaulted wood ceiling and AC for your comfort on hot summer days. Relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the New HD television complete with cable and DVD Player. Freshly painted interior, light and bright island colors! NEW full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience!

The lofted master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, attached en suite bathroom and ceiling fan. For additional comfort, during the hot summer months, AC is available. Privacy shutters will create a private space from the activity on the main floor. The guest bedroom is located on the main floor featuring a queen bed, AC and easy access to a full second bathroom.


Kihei Resort is the perfect location for your North Kihei vacation, it boasts beautiful Island landscape and koi ponds. For your enjoyment there is a pool and hot tub steps from your door! There is a separate area in the back of the complex with BBQ Grills. Steps away from beautiful beaches to enjoy some Maui sunshine and sunset strolls! We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Resort! The property was exactly as listed and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beach towels and chairs were especially convenient. The whole experience was seamless and we would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable Maui unit.

Condo is nice but dated. Bathroom floors and halls need to be replaced. Quite area stocked with beach stuff and kitchen items. Host Batbie was on top of all text when we needed her.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property has everything you need. Towels, beach equipment, coolers, etc. Full kitchen, really nice living room space, and a wonderfully peaceful porch. Perfect for our family of 4! Super close to the beach (quick walk) and super close to a bunch of restaurants.

Well equipped apartment in nice little resort

The apartment is extremely well equipped and the structure of rooms works well for a family. We enjoyed the pool and the close and empty beaches. Clear recommendation!

Amazing sister trip

My sister's & I stayed at the property for 7 days. It was such a great location with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The communication with the property manager was amazing as well. Even kept us posted with any issues we might have prior to our arrival

Such a great location

First off- the hostess was amazing. She had the place ready early for us. The condo is older but updated and clean. It was in a good location with easy beach access. I'd definitely stay there again.This is not in a resort area, more of a neighborhood with some resorts around. Traffic was minimal aroundd the condo. Close shopping, food, etc.

Family Getaway

We loved the roominess of the loft and that we could all gather together or have our separate spaces! It was cutely decorated and very clean! We also loved the area…..away from crowds, yet within minutes of restaurants and shops! Thank you so much for letting us stay and have some great family time!

Great family spot

This was perfect for our family! It was walking distance to the beach, had a pool And hot tub that we only used one time but was awesome to have as an alternative to the ocean. It was also a great spot In Kihei… easy to supermarkets, good restaurants, shaved ice spots, and airport. Barbie was so easy to be in contact with regarding any and all communication about the condo!

Kihie celebration

Barbie was great from the moment we made our reservations! The place was great for our stay with friends and my hubby! We would take a walk in the mornings across the street to the the sunrise, in the evening for the sunset. We got beautiful pictures! We were close to all we had planned to do! We would come back here again!

13 year anniversary

This property truly is a Gem! First off, Kihei resort is a special place to be in Maui, it’s very private and small. This is the only resort we like to stay at. And Second, Barbie’s a wonderful host. Was just a call or text away and extremely accommodating. 3rd, The Lanai has the most beautiful landscape that really makes everything more private and beautiful. This was hands down our favorite property on Maui, We can’t wait for our next trip!

Great host great property

Barbie’s property is well equipped with everything you need to vacation in Maui. The location is convenient to go to Kihei, Lahaina or north. Its kind of in the middle. Washer/dryer are in the condo. Our flight arrives earlier than the check in time and Barbie was very nice to let us check in a little early. Overall highly recommended!

Fantastic stay on Maui

This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this condo. It is very well stocked and comfortable. There are beach chairs, snorkel equipment and a sun shade available to use along with multiple travel guides. The grounds are very peaceful and the pool is rarely used but a welcome respite. The location is just perfect. Right across the street is an historic fishpoind where about 20 turtles reside during the morning and evening times. There is a stretch of beach to the left of the fishpond where you can walk to your hearts content. And best of all, Kihei is the least rainy part of the island. Lastly, Barbie was a great communicator and I appreciated her help.

Very nice

It’s very nice!! It’s not new and the first impact as soon as you get in it’s not the best but in one day as you start living it you really appreciate. Big kitchen, nice lanai where you can have breakfast and dinner, two big rooms and all the facilities you need. Moreover Barbie is always available to answer any question you might have. The beach in front of the resort is not so good but by car you can get to beautiful beach in 10/15 minutes (I recommend Big Beach). location is also very good since it’s in a good position to visit all Maui. Overall a very good stay!!

Clean and Comfortable

Great location. Condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. AC units in main living area and both bedrooms kept it comfortable. Very easy check-in process. The assigned parking spot is very close to the condo. Nicely landscaped tropical grounds, quiet community with pool and hot tub close to the unit. We had a nice dinner at Monsoon, an Indian restaurant across the street. Maui Brewing Company and Fabiano's are also nearby dining options. Beach access is across the street. The washer was inop but the host advised us prior to arrival and graciously offered to wash our clothes for us, if necessary. New washer was being installed in early November. The unit was perfect for our 6 night stay.

Perfect place to stay on Maui

My stay here was wonderful and I am planning on renting here again. The unit itself and grounds were peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked which I appreciated since I was there for 3 weeks. The grounds were lush and well cared for and I used the hot tub in the evenings which was very relaxing. The location is great. Right across the street is the historic Royal Fish Pond and there are about 20 green sea turtles that live there. You can see them either sleeping on top of the rocks but on a daily basis you will also see a few of them up on the sand. They are protected and the volunteers will draw a line around them so visitors don't get too close. The beach there is not crowded. Kihei itself is a great base for traveling and exploring the island. There are also some great food spots here about 2 miles down the road from the condo. I highly recommend staying here :)

Perfect stay

We have stayed at Barbie’s previously prior to Covid. Coming back was just like coming home. Everything we needed just as we remember. Highly recommend staying here, we would return.
