Apartment was clean and a girl in front desk was nice, polite and pleasant to talk to. Overall I am very satisfied with this place and definitely will consider next time I am in Kiev.

Odamızın konumu nedeniyle caddeye bakan güzel bir balkonumuzda vardı. - Odada su ısıtıcı ve mikrodalga mevcut, çay ve kahve gibi ürünleri de koymuşlar. - Negatif: Her şey iki kişi için planlanmış, yataktan tutun da banyodaki havlulara kadar. Odayı almak istediğiniz zaman 3 kişilik ücret çıkarıyor, buna izin veriyor fakat 3. kişi için bir hizmet vermiyor. Almak istediğiniz havlu ve nevresim gibi şeyler hep ekstra ücrete tabi. Biraz saçma bir düzen açıkçası, sinir bozucu. - Kimse İngilizce bilmiyor, derdinizi anlatmak zor. Resepsiyonda check in için gittiğimizde bulunan çalışan İngilizce hiç bilmiyordu. - Pozitif: Konum olarak güzel bir yerde, 5 dk mesafede Billa Market var, restoranlar yakın, kahve içmek için bir sürü yer var. İnternet bağlantısı iyi, hiç sorun yaşamadık. Bir daha gitsem tercih etmek isterim fakat 2 kişilik bir tatil için daha uygun. Yatak yumuşak, pek rahat değil ama idare eder. Yanınızda şampuan vs götürmenizde fayda var veya oradan satın almanızda.

Truly Grand , you will want to stay here.

This is one of the best apartment/hotels in Kiev. First, the location is in the historic center and on an elegant street full of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to all the highlights of the center. The apartment was absolutely outstanding. This place was very clean and spacious. The large balcony just hovers over the street and creates an impressive atmosphere. The loft bed is comfortable with clean luxurious linens. Enjoyed the stay so very much, hated to leave. Excellent staff made me feel secure.

Kiev - lots and lots churches

Location excellent. 3 minutes from the metro. Plenty of eating places in neighbourhood. Entrance to hotel opposite Radisson, through arch, but well sign posted. Brand new, ikea type furniture. Receptionist a bit clueless, but locals helpful. Kiev has not got a tourist culture so get a good guide book., and take plenty of time to explore.
