The willingness and helpfulness of the staff have really gone down over the past year or so. There was a time when we absolutely loved this property but that is no longer the case. One the most recent trip the in room jacuzzi leaked on the floor and my wife slipped and hit her head. The allowed her to change rooms but there was certainly not enough follow up nor concern on the part of management.

I enjoyed staying the hotel in last Month. The room was clean and the breafast was nice. Especially, Intan in the Club lounge was very nice and warm. I really thank her. I will stay there again.
