"The entire family enjoyed our stay! We will be back because we had so many things we wanted to do. Checking in was a breeze and the information desk had so many thing for us to do with coupons included. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the outdoor waterpark. I was able to text whenever I needed anything and they got it done right away. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food and drinks were a plus as well. We really didn't need to leave for anything."

"The cabin was very cozy and clean! The hosts thought of all the little details. The coffee bar had all the little extras, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the loft game room playing pool and Uno. The patio was nicely arranged with lots of seating options to relax and take in nature. Hot tub was a bonus and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in, check-out, and communication from the hosts was top notch. Thank you for an enjoyable mountain cabin trip. "

In general the home was not clean. Found several spaces that were untouched by cleaners. Not enough silverware for 20 people, we ended up with only 11 at max and was constantly washing. Trash can is broken outside, limited space for trash for such a large property. Bugs, indoor and outdoor. Cockroaches under fridge. Parking 3 comfortably. 4 if stacked. Pool table is broken in many spots. AI and copy/paste responses from management company.Sent wrong code for door and wifi. There was also a mouse that we had to get out of the house.
