Search Khuri hotels

The best area to stay in Khuri is within the village itself, particularly near the main cluster of guesthouses and desert camps.

Khuri is a small, traditional Rajasthani village known for its sand dunes and rural way of life. The village centre is compact, with most accommodation options, local eateries, and craft shops situated close to each other. You'll find yourself surrounded by mud-plastered houses and the sounds of village life.

For couples seeking a romantic and authentic desert experience, staying in one of the desert camps just outside the main village is ideal. These camps often feature traditional tented accommodation with modern amenities and offer activities like camel safaris at sunset and cultural evenings with folk music and dance under the stars. It provides a peaceful retreat with easy access to the dunes.

Solo travellers looking for a genuine cultural exchange will enjoy staying in a guesthouse within the main village. Many guesthouses are run by local families, offering home-cooked meals and opportunities to learn about Rajasthani traditions.
