"The staff were kind and very accommodating. The room was nice. Clean and good value. The WiFi worked decently well. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient. Only thing to be improved is that the roof could be developed more with nice tables and chairs to hang out at. It would be nice to have breakfast up there too."

"Wonderful stay here. Everything was very good from the excellent staff to the location and facilities. Thoughtfully there are water coolers to keep filling your bottle as well. Only small downside was that our room had been recently renovated and a had a couple minor niggles. AC worked very well, breakfast had plenty of choice and they were always obliging to cook to order."

"It is a new hotel. The property is in a good condition and clean. Affordable option. It is a fair distance away from the centre of Khiva. The buses kept giving variable rates to get into the centre which wasn't helpful and I found this a bit stressful. It is near a theme park which has potential but is not really open properly but quite interesting for a potter around. "

"This was the nicest hotel i stayed in on my whole Uzbekistan trip. The rooms are set around a courtyard and the staff were lovely. There was a bit of a mess up with a double booking, but they dealt with it really well. "
