"Such a cute hotel and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Very glad I stayed here"

"Small but very well maintained and clean family hotel A heart felt Rahmat to all"

"Great location, comfortable room"

"I enjoyed my stay, great location. The hotel has a perfect rooftop to enjoy sunset and take photos"

"Family run Guest house with care."

"Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!"

"We had an amazing few days in a beautiful location. The guest house and room were lovely and very spacious. The hostess was so friendly and accommodating - we arrived very early and they did their best to let us check in to our room as early as possible. They helped us book a guided tour of the city, which was definitely a highlight for us! We would recommend this stay wholeheartedly - cannot fault it! "

"I did love this hotel. Great to be inside the old city walls. Staff were very helpful - especially Isfanoliyor. He was great at check-in and throughout the stay. Plenty of selection at breakfast. They even have a roof terrace."

"staff very friendly"

"No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water"

"Hotel has ancient charm. Staff at front desk and in kitchen very friendly."

"Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. "

"Excellent hotel, short walk to Ichan Kala. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff."

"Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service."

"It was great and everything I needed it to be in a convenient space. Friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful."

"Brand new hotel. The hotel is very nice, but lot of start up problems. Aircondition not working. Order food takes forever. Pay for food even longer. Friendly staff, but very inexperienced and not able to make things happen. Lots of staff, very slow or non-exsisting service. I would go again if air co is fixed, but I would not eat there. Do not buy half board. Eat in city"

"Staff were really sweet and helpful. Great location. I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin. But everything else was great"
