Everyone was exceptional, especially Tuan and his team in Gatz, Nipun at reception, and DJ Groove Rider, whose music in Gatz created a brilliant atmosphere. The rooms are outstanding. We had a beautiful double-aspect room with views of both the sea and the city. Everything felt fresh, modern, and incredibly well appointed, and the bathroom was exceptional. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. A truly brilliant hotel — we will definitely be returning and wholeheartedly recommend it."
