"The only issue we had was that our room was never cleaned after our check-in. Otherwise, it was outstanding. Actually, it was the best hotel and experience in my 25+ years going to Clearwater. Look forward to booking again next year. Hopefully, we can make it a bit longer. Thank you."

"The staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of fixing and upgrading. Our room had wet carpet from the leaking Air-conditioner, the inner curtains of the room were missing and the main curtain wouldn't close completely. The beds were decent and the linens were clean. The hotel restaurant was good and decently priced."

"The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of. "

"Nice hotel. Pay the extra and get a balcony room with view of the gulf, worth every penny. Spectacular sunset. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious food. Entertainment in the afternoon and evening was a great touch."

"Front desk person was very rude and dismissive and would not allow me to speak when i was trying to explain my situation as i had some workers show up to stay at the hotel. They refused to work with me on changing the name on the reservation and told me i could not get a refund. Horrible customer service and overall experience."

"Absolutely stunning hotel!! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed was super comfortable. You can’t be the location!walking distance to everything! The pool was warm the hot tub was a welcome surprise as we didn’t know the hotel had one! We will recommend to everyone we know!!! 10/10 stay "
