This hotel is a true hidden gem within walking distance to Duvall Street. Yes the rooms are extremely small but the cleanliness charm and staff makeup for the tight quarters. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, would most definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! Great area within walking distance to St George St and restaurants. The room was spotless and very nice. Breakfasts were very tasty and Cindy was the perfect hostess. We will stay there again when we go back to St Augustine!

Good location on a side street near all attractions. Friendly staff. Room was small and could clearly hear people in rooms on both sides. Wish breakfast started earlier than 8:30 am. Free street parking nearby was hard to find, but they do offer four spaces at hotel for $25.

This Airbnb was small and yet perfect. So cute and decorated with all the necessities!! Not big. But everything you need. Bed, refrigerator, bedside lamps with plugs for your charging needs, ceiling fan, mini split unit for AC so room was cool. Good shower with good pressure. Very clean. Free breakfast delivered to the room. Free coffee and mimosas. Convenient to all the dining and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. Reasonably priced. Loved the colors in our room!

This property was walking distance to downtown Duvall street and to a couple great restaurants.. Blue Heaven and Moon Dog! The rooms are small but the property does its best with making the most of their space with hooks, shelves, drawers etc! small continental breakfast options were great and delivered to the room in baskets if you wanted or downstairs in their fun dining area!
