Beautiful property, enjoyed the heated floor in bathroom, the remote controlled toilet , fabulous views, spa was divine , fire places inside and out , so lovely. Staff were attentive except for one thing ! Couldn’t get our washing done , ended up washing my clothes and drying them thanks to the heated bathroom floor
Food was lovely ; delicious scrumptious breakfasts & in room dinners were good (just average size dinner)
Parking wasn’t valet as I’m sure i saw on the hotel preview but that’s ok

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!
