"I really thought that The Reefhouse, being an Opal Resort would be much nicer than it was. It was okay - not great. The bathroom was awful - old and in need of a real update. This hotel is like any hotel at any beach - nothing special. We won't stay there again. "

"I love the little cottages. Mine was perfect for myself and my Dog. Staff were very nice and quick to help out. It was so laid back, others that were staying there were also very nice and friendly. I had a bit of culture shock going back to Miami, with its aggressive drivers and toxic behaviors. I will definitely be staying there again."

"The rooms were not very clean and the furniture had water damage/woodpeeling. Also the bed was horrible. I will not be staying again. Totally over priced for what it was . The sheets on the bed had holes in them. There was no water pressure at all. Took forever to was my hair. I had to use a bucket fill it with water to rinse my hair out. Worst time there. And don’t even try to get ahold of the front desk. They are never there"
