Only saw saw one worker on this property, Stan the grounds keeper. Rooms were never cleaned unless you called to request it. Covid is over, clean the guest accommodations. My guests went all weekend with no one cleaning their rooms, replenishing toilet paper, emptying their garbage cans, or changing their towels! At the price you pay to buy out this property these services should be provided without additional costs or having to request basic services. Main house was dirty. All door frames were dirty with prior guest dirty hands prints, hair was in bedroom bathrooms, kitchen in main lodge had leftover food from prior guest in the oven. There no cleaning supplies ( and we needed them since there was little to limited maid service, I saw 1 girl cleaning 1 time otherwise I did it all, emptied garbage cans, ( Stan the ground keeper got me extra garbage bags because there were none in the main lodge or any villas) I washed dishes and swept floors after paying $$$ to buy out the property. They didn’t even replenish coffee or filters for the morning so we had none. This place could be a top notch property however all you ever hear from the office staff ( after booking) is they have problems finding employees. They have 5 employees, the amazing Stan, 1 housekeeper and 3 employees at the front office that you never see after you check in and they only arrive after 9:30am so if you need anything prior to this time you are out of luck! (garbage bags, clean sponge, coffee, filters)
