Large Waterfront home completely renovated in gated community and upscale area. 2/2 upstairs complete with separate downstairs 1/1 efficiency including it's own kitchen and living room.
Home is located 12 houses away from the Bay and near many restaurants and attractions. BRAND NEW POOL INSTALLED. Enjoy sunset cruises, island hopping and dock-side dining. 70' of waterfront, large dock and 2 kayaks available for free. Message me for >6 guests.
