- Escape to this adorable Tropical Getaway just steps from bay front homeowners park w/boat ramp and private beach. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, screen room, big shed, and great outdoor entertainment bar under the canopy. All in pristine condition. 45 x 80 fenced in yard w/canopy for boat storage. The community has a voluntary homeowners park with a private sandy beach & 2 boat ramps, picnic/swim area. Centrally located close to Publix for shopping, banks, great restaurants, parks and so much more.
