CHARMING KCB CANAL FRONT 3 BEDROOM DUPLEX WITH CABANA CLUB
- Welcome to Pelican Point - where memories made here last a lifetime! We invite you to stay at our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom canal front duplex in the heart of Key Colony Beach. Upon arrival, you'll find covered parking, as well as additional uncovered parking to accommodate a boat trailer. Underneath the covered parking you will see your own bait freezer, beach cart, and bicycles all for your personal use. If you walk all the way back to the water, relax and unwind underneath our tiki hut with dinner table style dining. We have two grilles on property, propane and charcoal. We have 30 FT of dockage for your personal water vessels - this location is perfect for fast direct ocean access. Inside you will see an open concept living space, with a newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen. There is a TV in all rooms of the home including the bedrooms. This home comes with Cabana Club membership! The Cabana Club has beach access, olympic sized swimming pool, and pool side beach bar/restaurant.
Starter kits provided for each stay include hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. If we need to accommodate more, please let me know.
