Angenehmes Hotel am See mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Tolles grosses Hotel am Hafnersee. Hier kann man ausspannen und geniessen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen,.hier lebt man an der Rezeption keine Gastfreundschaft. Ein herzliches Willkommen,.gerade zu dieser Zeit ist anscheinend überbewertet. Auch die Verabschiedung fällt sehr nüchtern aus.

da riprovare nel periodo estivo

Personale disponibile e gentile ( soprattutto la ragazza al check in ). Camera spaziosa e pulita ( trovata calda e accogliente all'arrivo) attrezzata per il minimo indispensabile. Isolata dall'albergo che però permette di utilizzare tutti i suoi servizi ( sauna, massaggi, svago ). Nell'albergo soggiornavano solo un gruppo di clienti tedeschi di terza età. (noti per la loro sobrietà) Il posto è interessante data la vicinanza ai laghi e a Klagenfurt e Villach. Più distanti le zone sciistiche. La rete WiFi non è disponibile presso gli appartamenti ( aspetto NON evidenziato, dove si legge WiFi free).

dieses hotel ist das letzte

das hotel ist in mrinen augen das letzte. da unsere zimmer wegen einer reisegruppe belegt waren, wurden wir in die appartements umquartiert. diese waren nicht zusammengeräumt, es lag noch der schmutz der letzten gäste auf dem tisch und den boden, im zimmer meiner kinder waren als krönung mäuse. wir verliessen umgehend das hotel, jetzt müssen wir noch klären wie wir unser geld das vorab abgebucht wurde wieder bekommen.

Wunderschönes Hotel an einem Traumsee

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir schon einen posetiven Eindruck vom Hotel von außen schon sehr ansprechend und auch innen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit besonders im Speisebereich. Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Die Lage zum See ein Traum und die Liegewiese riesig groß.Man findet immer einen Platz unter einem Baum und in der Sonne.Der See ist traumhaft schön Natur pur.Werden dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen

Bättre mellanklasshotell på landsbygden

Bodde där i fyra nätter på egen hand i samband med Ironman Austria i Klagenfurt. Hotellet ligger bredvid en camping vid Hafnersee. Helt klart ett bättre mellanklasshotell på alla sätt och vis. Allt är bra, men inget är fantastiskt. Enda riktiga minuset är att WiFi inte funkar på rummet utan bara i receptionen.

dårligt hotel - dårlig service

Hotellet havde svært ved at finde vor booking ved ankomst - hotellet var fyldt med meget larmende unge mennesker - til midnat bad vi receptionen om hjælp til at få ro så vi kunne sove - dette mislykkedes totalt - morgenmadsudvalget særdeles beskedent Vi bad om afslag i pris p.g.a. den meget støj og manglende nattesøvn - dette blev pure afvist

Perfekt wie jedes Jahr! Nur der Parkplatz war etwas sehr knapp bemessen, mussten jedesmal an den4 Tagen suchen und warten das wo was frei ist/wird! Ansonsten sehr zum Empfehlen!!! Frhstücksbuffet Topp!!!

Hidden gem on the lake

Stayed in one of the villas, which are detached from the hotel, up the hill about 300m from the reception. They are not marked, beware of arriving in the middle of the night... The units are bright and large, very comfortable but wifi was not working.

Apartment wie auf der Rechnung war es keines, ein normales Zimmer, leider steht auf der Rechnung Apartment mit Doppelzimmer, obwohl ich ein Einzelbett gebucht hatte. Sonst war alle in Ordnung, Personal war sehr freundlich.

Terme e Mercatini

Hotel buonissimo con prezzi eccellenti e con collocazione strategica tra Villach e Klagenfurt. Noi viaggiavamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini)nella stagione invernale ma forse si presenta ancora meglio nella stagione estiva. Avevamo un piccolo appartamento con camere grandi ed ospitali. Noi non lo abbiamo fatto ma volendo potevamo anche cucinare. Colazione ricca e varia.Se saremo ancora da queste parti ci ritorneremo.

Keine 4 Sterne für Familien

Als Familie haben wir ein Apartment zugewiesen bekommen das zu unserer Überraschung doch etwas weiter weg vom eigentlichen Hotel war. Über die Straße den Hang hoch hatten wir zumindest das Glück direkt vor der Haustür zu parken. Das Apartment war auf den ersten Blick sauber und warm und eigentlich ganz gut ausgestattet. Die Wände sind ziemlich verschrammt und die eine und andere Spinne hing auch noch in den Ecken. Der Fernseher war allerdings ein Witz, winzig und fast keine Kanäle. Kein WLAN im Apartment, deshalb hatten wir immer alles beim Frühstück dabei. Der Service beim Frühstück war immer sehr gut und zuvorkommend, das Buffet allerdings aufgrund der Nachsaison ziemlich abgespeckt und leider auch nicht abwechslungsreich. Das was da war, war aber gut! Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht benutzt, da dieser einfach zu weit weg war um mal kurz in den Whirlpool zu springen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden und hatten schöne und erholsame Herbstferien.

Hotel schön!Appartements nicht empfehlenswert!

Die Appartements waren an den Wänden stark verschmutzt (zB: Schuhabdruck auf der Mauer), ein Vorhang zerrissen, die Holzmöbel haben einen starken modrigen Geruch und ein paar Tierchen liefen auch herum. Das Bad war bis auf eine Assel die wir am Morgen an einer Zahnbürste hatten in Ordnung. Das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut, aber leider ein bisschen wenig Auswahl! Wie die Ausstattung im Zimmer und des Hotels ist, können wir nicht bewerten!

Good Hotel - description could be clearer

The Sonnonhotel is a good quality hotel. I booked an apartment with 2 double beds but received a double and a sofa bed. This was a problem as it meant no seating and was uncomfortable. The hotel was full so could not change room until yhe second night. To the credit of the manager he moved us to 2nd joining rooms that were very nice. Parking was a problem, often having to park 50 or 60 meters from the hotel. The hotel was made up of a hotel, apartments and a large campsite. This meant that the lake area was extremely busy. There were no alternative bars or restaurants in walking distance but some fantastic villages a short drive away around Worthasee provided great choices. Overall a very nice hotel but not expect in a town so it's a drive to do anything.

Somewhat isolated

The hotel apartment room is very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in an annex building which would be ideal if you are planning a self catering ski trip. The hotel restaurant was closed when we stayed in January and it was a 10km drive to town for dinner. Also there is no wifi available in the annex buildings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our supposedly free breakfast was not included.

Schönes Hotel

Hatten leider keinen Balkon und das Zimmer im obersten Stock (Dachgeschoss) war recht klein aber sauber. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet und schöne Liegewiese, leider zu wenig Liegen vorhanden. Alles in allem aber ein schönes Hotel!

Gut für gute Erholung

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr erholsam. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ist, dass der Fitnessraum während der zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthalts nicht zur Verfügung stand, weil die Geräte defekt waren. Ansonsten alles bestens.
