"Our family of two adults and two older teens enjoyed our stay at this property. For the kids, the huge game collection was a plus, I think we played at least seven different games. The outdoor space was nice to play darts on one warmer evening. The space indoors was a good size. Shower is very small but it did the trick. Location is probably the biggest bonus here. Restaurants, bakery, little shops, even the grocery store are all within a five minute walk. The kids could walk into town easily on their own. Penn Yan is a good jumping off point for wineries on both Seneca and Keuka Lakes. "

"Terrible experience here. Me and my fiancée got a bacterial infection from a dirty and not maintained hot tub. We brought it up with the host and after 3 days they told us they wont refund or compensate for anything. Absolutely terrible do not go here unless you want hot tub rash from a dirty hot tub. Vrbo also refused to refund or compensate and thats ridiculous. "
