"Property was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and in a great location, walkable to restaurants, breweries and a grocery store. Located on a side street so it was pretty quiet. We really appreciated the patio and dartboards - it was fun to throw darts on a warm evening. Parking is plentiful. Communication with the host was fantastic. I'd definitely book this property again!"

"Very clean, nicely updated old farm house. Located between Keuka and Seneca lakes. Hot tub seats 4 comfortably and the fire pit is a nice touch. The host is very good at responding. Plenty of parking. 2 of the 4 beds could use cushioned mattress pads. Upstairs needs black out curtains and stairs are narrow and steep. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 1 bathroom. AC unit remotes are hard to understand. Instructions would have been helpful. The shower downstairs is narrow and could use the curved out shower curtain. Very rural and located next to Amish homestead. Very quiet but does not smell good when spreading manure. Overall had a great time"

"The home was perfect!Lots of space to hang out in and in a great location. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner and checking out the Keuka Lake Outlet trail and even walking to a local grocer.It was easy to drive to visit various wineries and enjoy beautiful views.An absolutely wonderful location!"

"We had the most amazing stay here for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Everything from the beds to the bathrooms to the overall setup made the weekend feel so easy and stress-free. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and their customer service was truly unmatched. This was easily one of the best VRBO stays and overall experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re coming to Penn Yan, this is absolutely the place to stay!"
