It was roomy, and the beds were comfy. Its a well loved home, could use a little upgrades outside, but it was really perfect for what we needed. We brought our dogs and having the upper deck all fenced in was great! Appliances were brand new, and we also loved the use of the kayaks and large dock! Watching the sunrise and looking for eagles and osprey were a fun part of our trip. We would rent here again if we come back to lake seneca. "
