Clean room freezing when we arrived but warmed up after putting on radiator quickly Polite staff No food let’s it down but good Indian restaurant nearby and costa I would go back so it was totally acceptable and price was reasonable compared to all other local hotels in the area

Less than expected
The first room offered was large and tidy but the double bed was like a rock. We asked for an exchange of rooms and were given a smaller room that had a much better bed mattress. The bar closed at 9.30 which was early but understandable as it had so few people. There is a pub opposite which was the other option. Staff were friendly.

Modern Comfort
My room was a double ensuite with shower, it was done to a modern standard. It was comfortable, and the shower was nice and powerful. The beds were comfy too and the televisions were the latest models enabling you to sign into streaming services.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a temporsry stop gap..was ideal for what i needed! The room, although slightly tired, was clean and the bed comfortable! I was impressed as a no frills budget hotel.

Spotless. The shower is world class, clear controls and strong flow. The rooms are well described as bijoux. Staff friendly and helpful. Pity no bar or restaurant open, but both available within a few yards.

Cheap, but not so cheerful. Plug in basin not working, so had to wash in water already washed in. Reception not open late or early on Saturday morning, so though it was emptied once after we arrived, we could not empty after our bedtime wash. Stairs were a problem, and the step up to our bedroom had no hand rail, and to get out in the morning by the side door meant going up and down yet more steps. No breakfast facilities, though we did know about this. Not at all the 'complex' I was expecting.

Ideal location
Great accommodation, lovely sized room and bathroom. Sadly no food available, not sure if this was temporary or not. Staff really helpful and offered plates etc if we wanted to ordered food in.

Small but comfy
Room was small, with no room for a chair, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was closed but they offered plates and cutlery if i wanted to bring in a takeaway. The shower was exceptional.

Stayed here as was local to a party. The room rate was relatively cheap which was good. However - even for a good price the rooms should be clean. Dirty marks all over the walls, stains on the carpets. Hoover has not seen the corners in what must be 10 years. Bathroom was tiny. Bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel hallways stunk of urine. Will not be staying here again.

A couple of repairs.
This my stay was noisy and could not sleep throughout. The noisy radiator valve and the shower room glass door does does not close properly in my room (on this occasion) needs attention.

I elderly ask for ground floor stairs very steep.
I found my room so basic there was no chair, yet space for one. Don't stay if there is to be wedding as the music goes on forever, which means you cannot get to sleep till about 2am. It showed a great disregard to the guests who were hoping for restful sleep The music should stop at 12 midnight. The premier inn provides a snack breakfast they ought to provide guests with that. I did not stay for my second night, so wasted that £50.00 as a senior citizen that's a huge sum.

Totally disappointed in the service at this hotel. Whay a waste of money. Hotel called me at 9.15 to tell me I couldn't check in as thr hitel closed at 9 oclock!!! Left me stranded away from home late at night. Shocking and appauling service!!!

R Inn review.
Very nice stay. Bed was a bit small so I swooped with my cousin. Rooms were nice and very clean. Receptionist was lovely helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel came recommended by others who have stayed there previously.
