  • This amazing location near Herring Cove is a waterfront property offering breathtaking views, abundant wildlife viewing, and close proximity to several tourist attractions, including the Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary and Zipline.

    The home sits adjacent to, but is separate from, the owner's primary residence. It is a cozy, four-bedroom, two-bath house with spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas. It also includes a covered, back deck with an outdoor barbeque.
    Observe seals, eagles, bears, and occasionally whales while sipping coffee from the dining room table, and be entertained while watching fishermen catch salmon.

    The property includes beach access, and a cleaning table you can use after catching YOUR OWN SALMON!!!

    This peaceful, quiet getaway is perfect for saying goodbye to stress and enjoying your own slice of paradise.
