The Neighborhood:

Located in Umalas, Villa Cinta offers the perfect balance between Seminyak and Canggu. Guests can enjoy easy access to popular beach clubs, restaurants and shopping areas while returning to a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere and convenient location.



Getting Around:

Scooter rentals, taxis and ride-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek are readily available and are the most convenient way to explore Bali.



Other Things to Note:

1) As of January 2026, our next-door neighbor has started a renovation planned until May 2026. The work is minor and not continuous. Occasionally, some noise may be heard during daytime hours only.



2) Important Note About Nature and Wildlife:

Our villa is located in a tropical environment where occasional sightings of local wildlife may occur. We take every precaution to maintain the property and minimize such encounters, but nature is part of the charm and reality of staying in this part of Bali.



Guests are kindly asked to keep doors and gates closed to avoid inviting wildlife inside. By booking, you acknowledge that you are staying in a natural setting and accept this as part of the experience.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay. We provide self check-in instructions before arrival, and whenever possible, a villa manager will personally welcome you at the villa. A housekeeper visits daily (except Sundays) to prepare breakfast and clean the villa, then leaves once the work is completed. Our team remains available online throughout your stay to assist with any questions or requests and can arrange on-site assistance when needed.
