We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Needing a bit of an update here and there but nothing that impeded our comfort. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay.

This place was fantastic, the suite was everything it claimed to be and was just like it looks in the pictures. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful! If we went back to seminyak I would stay here again with out doubt.

Lovely villa

Massive villa probably too big for the three of us , staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night due to its location which some may find a draw back due to being a cab ride from any real night life, but cabs are so cheap its not that big a problem just a little annoying.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures provided depicts the actual villa very well. The villa is located a bit further away from the city area which has both its pros and cons. Because it is situated away from the town area, you have your peace and quiet and there's a convenient store just across the road. The staff here were very friendly making our stay here even better. This place is definitely worth every dollar and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely villa

These villas are lovely as were each of the staff. I hurt myself on the way there falling from a bike and the staff were most attentive and checked to ensure that I was OK. The villa was huge and well set up. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool daily and found the property was well-priced. The only issue we had was the traffic noise

Good value for money. But far from everything, need to gojek out. Huge spacious, promising, clean but poorly maintained wear n tear and lacks touches for a good villa experience. Staff seem inexperienced in cuatomer service, functional but could be more customer focussed.

Recommended for a relaxing stay!

Positive: - The pool was excellent! Big enough for a real swim! - Staff is full of smiles and very responsive. - The roof is definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the view, though we didn't get to use them. Negative: - Villa is isolated. If you're looking for a good relaxed stay, this is it. But if you'd prefer to walk neighboring shops, you definitely need to grab a cab. - The utensils and kettle seems stained, so we did not dare to use them. - The floor definitely feels like it needs a good wash. You seem to be able to feel a layer of dust.

Very good facilities but terrible service

I booked room with breakfast but the staff said no, they needed time to check. I wondered if they collected all information before the guests arrived. The checkout time stated on hotels.com was 1300 but the staff asked us to check out at 1200noon and cut our electricity supply at 1200. I doubted if this was expelling us from the hotel.

Really nice, clean, huge villa - 2nd stay here

So many villas are 'photo-shopped' and cleanliness and service and attention to detail is lacking, but this small group of villas is very good. It's huge and there is a lot of attention to detail and service. Although not really within quick walking distance of much except a few local warnings/cafes and mini-marts, taxis are cheap and to get into areas like Seminyak is only 15 minutes or so. This is our 2nd stay here and it is great to have comfy beds, space, breakfast included, cleanliness, kitchen, spacious natural outlook. It is a huge villa and with a 3rd floor roof deck and bale. The villa we stayed in overlooked the small rice fields next door and local houses from the 2nd floor bedrooms and 2nd living area and feels very open (unlike many villas that are walled and you can feel trapped and the need to get out). 3rd floor deck provide 360 degree views.

Villa was very clean and comfortable. Except for the ants in the kitchen if you leave food lying around. The water in the shower has a sulphur or metallic smell. However, these don't bother us much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every morning, breakfast will be served to your villa. There will be two small bottles of water provided everyday. Additionally they have a water dispenser in the kitchen which also provides hot, warm and cold drinking water. The location of the hotel might not be very accessible. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient store opposite the villa. We hired a car hence the location is not a problem for us. Besides, it's awesome to wake up to birds chirping instead of urban noise pollution. We would definitely choose to stay at this villa if we visit Bali again in future.

Great Villa on Bali - perfectly sized

Hi, first of all: what a great place! The whole facilities are well maintained, great designed and the staff are rather friends than staff. And the Villas are just amazing: spacious, modern, great pool, openly designed and coming complimentary with all the little things you need in daily life (toiletries, free one-time minibar refill, free water dispenser,...) and the breakfast is tasty as well. Even though the PGV are located in a pretty quiet area, you can still make it by motorbike to Seminyak in a short and scienic 15 min ride. If you are up for surfing, you can get to Berawa or Old Mans in about 20-25 minutes - still ok and good if you are at same time keen to Seminyaks nightlife. So there are really no downsides. The only thing we complained about the reception was, that they should update their picutres on the internet, bcoz the Villa is way nicer in reality than on the pictures - no joke. I hope can 100%-ly recommend you this place. That's how a holiday should be like!

Nice Family Villa

We had an enjoyable and comfy stay at this place. Everything we expected. What you see on the pictures is what you get. The pool and Villa was cleaned every day.Brekky daily. A big praise to the crew at Papillon who were,warm and helpful.They do the lot for you from booking a cab,food or anything you need to your room. I forgot my Iphone once in a cab and hey they helped me locate the cab and return my phone. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return. All rooms are air conditioned and bathrooms in each bedroom are huge. There is a convenience shop just outside and few restaurants. This place is in a quiet location but not too far with cab to town(10mins). You can also cook light meals in house but no oven.We stayed in the Greta Villa. There is no Restaurant within the Complex so you have to eat lunch n dinner out or order room service. Overally we loved it! Highly recommended!!!!

初めてのバリ島で3泊させていただきました！ とりあえず、とても広い！！！プールもあってのんびりまったりできて最高でした！飲水も区別しておいてあったり、キッチンにはワイングラスや食器、レンジ、ブレッドオーブン、電気ポット、フライパン、鍋、包丁やはハサミなどまで準備してあり料理ができます。 朝ごはんは、3種類に別れており、オムレツや目玉焼き＋パンのアメリカンブレックファスト、フルーツなどのコンチネンタルブレックファスト、ナシゴレンやミーゴレンなどのインドネシアブレックファストがあり毎日種類が選べます。（ジュースも3種類の中から選べる）私はミーゴレンが一番好きでした(^^) ただ、クーラーは2階のベッドルームにしかなく、1階での朝ごはんはとても暑かったです。また、虫も多いため、１階のトイレや部屋には虫やトカゲがいました。(私は大丈夫でしたが、虫が苦手な方はきついかも) 場所は、空港からも遠く(タクシーで30~40分ぐらい)、繁華街からも遠いため、バリ島初めてでここに泊まるのはビックリとツアーの方にも驚かれました（笑）でも、ホテル出て右側には雰囲気がいいレストランがあったり、左側歩いて5分ぐらいの所には可愛いカフェがあったり充実出来ると思います。(バイクや車通りが激しいため、歩くのは困難でした。) 私的には、広くて綺麗でとても良いヴィランだと思いました。

Отель расположен достаточно уеденённо, но вилла на это и рассчитана - тишина и покой. Вилла хорошего дизайна, удобная. Уборка не всегда чистая, особенно кухонные полы. Обслуживающий персонал замечательный. Были в сезон дождей протёк потолок в одной из спален.В целом понравилось. Рядом спа-салон. Можно заказать услуги спа в номер. Завтраки обычные на выбор. Можно заказывать еду из ближайших ресторанчиков в номер. Отель для тех кто не любит щум и суету. Доехать до цивилизации на такси 20 мин.

So so so good!

3 floors of joy! If you want the ultimate stay close enough to local warungs and canggu this is the place to come! The staff are brilliant friendly and there to help you when ever you need it. The view on the roof for sunset drinks needs to be experienced! Will stay again for sure.

De façon générale, ma villa était conforme aux photos. Même présentation et la même vue. Juste que les photos ne montrent pas l'exposition réelle de la piscine par rapport au soleil. Résultat, l'eau ne chauffe pas assez et elle était assez fraiche. Sinon, l'ensemble était propre. Juste deux choses: la drap house qui était tâchée sur le dessus. Chose que j'ai signalé. Et les coussins sur le toit qui étaient vraiment sales mais surement dû au fait qu'ils ne les rentrent jamais. Mais tout le reste était propre (cuisine, salle de bains, toilettes). L'abord du bâtiment sur le côté n'est pas top. Mais après on a vu sur des champs et des villas, ça compense. Sinon c'est effectivement calme. Il y a quelques warungs à proximité pour dîner si on ne veut pas aller en ville. Mais c'est effectivement un peu excentré. C'est le but si on choisit la périphérie de Séminyak. Le confort, rien à redire. Côté service, alors là c'était top. Très bon accueil. Respect de l'horaire pour rapporter le petit déjeuner. Ils appellent si on a besoin d'un taxi ou pour commander un repas. Ils se sont même occupés de la réservation pour le spa. Il faut dire que mon anglais n'est pas top. Conclusion: je recommande cet établissement. Mais plus adapté aux couples ou à un groupe d'amis.
