"If i could give 0 stars i would, the fire alarm went off every time you turned the light switch on and our friends in another rooms tv did not work. Pool and hot tub closed under construction. Hotel smelled and was unclean, there were only 2 oyher guests besides us and they went to complainright after arriving as well and got no help. Asked the front desk about their refund policy and she refused to tell us or help in any way. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes and gping to a different hotel. Went to the holiday inn across the street and they said they get multiple custkmers a day that come because they refuse to stay here. Want a refund but noone seems to care to help. DO NOT COME"

"The hosts were very welcoming and made our check-in and check-out process easy! Appreciated the detailed communication. Accommodations were great for our family and friend weekend getaway. Our kiddos especially loved the movie viewing area and bunk room! Worked great for our winter fun adventures on the lake. I imagine summer would be even better! "
