The room was clean and tidy, excellent location and the two staff mending the front reception was excellent. We had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids. Would visit again.

This is a modern brand new hotel with high end fixtures. The location is awesome, right on the Auckland Viaduct. Restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short walk away. Our room had a full view of the viaduct and we could see ships going in and out. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated an early checkin at 11 AM!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in our villa, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or taking advantage of the amenities, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, they made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and explore the beauty of New Zealand North Island. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Nice hotel. Stayed in a suite which was extremely comfortable. It was large, extremely clean and well maintained with modern furnishings and very good amenities. Lovely bathroom, with large shower and freestanding bath. Good hot buffet breakfast with ample choice. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful.
