The room was clean but it was situated inside long walk to the entrance and when you take children with you it would be easier to be given a room that is closer to the entrance.

Parkside was a pretty good accommodation because it is within walking distance of Auckland CBD, which we wanted to check out. The units were a good size to hold 3 of us and our luggage. The only thing missing was a central table with chairs. However, the dryer of the washer/dryer did not work well. Our clothes smelled musty even after drying them a second time. So I don't know if I would stay here again or recommend it. Also, even though we checked in after check-in time, one of our rooms was not ready. So we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for it.
