Walk about 10-15 minutes down the sidewalks to Gooch's Beach- Kennebunk's most visited beach! This property comes with a parking pass to make parking on Beach Ave easy and convenient.

Outside you will be able to enjoy the yard games provided for your stay in the spacious yard and the deck which has a hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, dining set, and adirondack/lounge chairs. Inside features a freshly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a loft area with a futon and desk!

The first floor has a sitting room that has two sofas, one has a pull out queen bed! The living room/dining room features vaulted ceilings and has a smart TV with plenty of board games. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your vacation meals! The first floor bedroom has double door access to the exterior which has a ramp for wheelchair access.

The second floor features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft.
