"Dirty carpet and floors, and worn, with utility outlets pulled from the walls and the drapes not connected to the curtain rod. No soap in the shower, no face towels, no bath mat. Low-range chain hotel quality at high-range chain hotel price."

"I checked in and upon arrival I noticed the floors were beyond sticky, and somehow also greasy. Then my towels were wet, and stained. When i brought this up to desk staff they were able to give me one towel; and when I walked away both girls started laughing. The entire hotel smelled like horrible, like marijuana and wet dog. I even witnessed a guest with a dog, who visibly had a rash and fleas, enter the elevator. (only one elevator was working). Second floor ice machine was also not working. The walls and ceiling are so thin I could hear everything going on around me. People were up partying and yelling through all hours of the night. Price of a hotel should depend on amenities not cleanliness. If I had the means to go somewhere else I would have. This place was truly disgusting and I would not recommend to anyone. I had came across two other guests who also asked me if my floors were also sticky, which makes me believe they aren’t probably cleaning rooms in between guests. I was also wary of the sheets and pillows given my towels were clearly used. I provided photos."

"The hotel is located right across from a beautiful beach. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained. The hotel room needs a renovation as it is obvious it's been a long time since they have done any improvements to the room we stayed in. They advertised black out curtains. Our room had no blackout curtains,just blinds that did not block out the light. We had a outside light that lit up our room all night,making it really hard to sleep.Our room also had a really old musty smell to it. We probably won't stay there again unless they make some big improvements to the rooms."

"5 stars. The service was phenomenal, the spa was great. The pool was beautiful, and a great walkable location to downtown. We also used the bikes to the beach in the AM and they have 4 cards you can use for free, for 4 hour intervals (which we took to dinner) including a G wagon and Maybach. They also supposed us with several treats and gave us a onesie for our baby on the way. Top notch and can’t wait to return."
