Very good property with great value. Quaint cottages which are kept up-to-date and extremely clean with fridge, stove, microwave, etc. owner is extremely friendly. Parking extremely easy. Dining convenient and nearby. 10 minutes from Kennebunkport but a big drop in price. Will come back again for sure.

Quaint setting, easy parking, priced well, great customer service, and no animal smells or cigarette smell in room. The Bed was hard as a box spring, though. Unfortunately, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Odor noted in room, stiffling to me at times, was similar to a rug got wet from moisture or water from outside. It was a musty and muddy like odor. Highly perfumed room and window opened when we arrived. I think hk tried to cover odor, when rug needs deep cleaning

I was very happy with my stay here and the value was terrific! The staff was SUPER friendly, the room was extremely clean and updated (nice wallpaper, bathroom tile floor, furniture, comfortable desk chair), the beds were very comfortable, the grounds were maintained very nicely (pretty flowers, cute lanterns, cute rocking chairs outside). I would easily return. A terrific value.
