"The check in staff at the hotel were extremely friendly & helpful with a great sense of humour !
The breakfast attendant was very thorough in ensuring that everything was topped up .
A couple of points of hopefully constructive observations .
It would be great to have a few fresh fruit options & plain yoghurt at breakfast .
Also I am always concerned to know that bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standard and are devoid of any trace of the previous occupants hair - unfortunately there was a hair in the bath which just puts you off straightaway . Plus there needs to be some deep cleaning supervision by the senior housekeeper around how the team clean the tile grout - it’s so easy with the right product and a small stiff brush and ensures that everything looks sparklingly clean ! I used to work in healthcare for years and know it’s an easy job to do but is so often an area that’s neglected in hotels and brings down the otherwise great rating for cleanliness ."
