Adequate choice of dinner choices friendly bar/wait staff
Check in was quick staff very polite provided extra tea bags when requested
Would definately stay again when overnighting for business as a woman single traveller I felt very safe

Decent affordable place for the area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good.
Albert on reception was extremely helpful, not just checking me in, but helping get into my room as I couldn't get my key to work not once but on two different occasions, he also sourced a hair dryer for me, which I expected to be in the room considering it was an executive room. The staff were welcoming in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast
i never used the bar or dinning area as only stayed one night and ate at work. For me after hard day at work its about the room. The shower was hot and powerful and the bed was large and comfy. There was tea and coffee in the room and if i had one criticism only had brown sugar which is fine in coffee not so great in tea

Average
One night stay prior to a trade show at the NEC.
Very little phone signal or 5G. WiFi was pathetic.
Bed was okay. Room clean
Expected better from a £95 room rate

Very friendly reception and excellent Indian meal, though somewhat limited menu. Service was excellent and room was OK
Unusually they do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc so bear in mind you must bring your own, ditto coffee; they provided two sachets of coffee but no decaffeinated. A good overnight stop though between the M1, M6 and M40.
A large recently renovated conference type hotel with economic weekend rates.
Clean, tidy and comfortable for an overnight stay.
Only downside was a small bar with bottled drinks only and a very minimal restaurant menu.
A short two mile drive to Kenilworth provided an abundance of food and drinks.
The facilities at the hotel were immaculate, tidy, clean and we were both very happy with our stay.

Cracking shower and clean.
Good size rooms ;very helpful staff ,Albert was a very good receptionist, bar man ,rooms need bit of a tweak ,New bathroom in room and shower possible the best I’ve used in all the hotels over 20 years , overall a good stay and very helpful staff
Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked for.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A very acceptable place to stay and I would recommend if you just need to basics of somewhere clean to lay your head with no fancy extras.

The property has just been taken over and the staff are keen to make sure that everything is ok and to help you get the most out of your stay, some of the furniture looked a little dated but rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, Albert on the desk was super helpful and professional
Very good service from the young man behind the reception

One night stay
Friendly staff, not much information available about what food was available at the hotel. No breakfast or evening meal menus anywhere. Room was clean and comfortable. Shame the curtains didn't fit properly and let lots of light in, no rail or coat hangers in the wardrobe and no plug in the sink. But overall a good stay.
I was a bit apprehensive about staying after reading some reviews but was really surprised. I found the staff really friendly and helpful the bar staff were great. Our room had been recently refurbished and was clean and spacious. The bed was ok but could tell it had seen better days but still slept okay. We ate in the restaurant both nights we stayed and found the food to be really lovely and reasonably priced. All the staff had time for us and were eager to chat with us when we asked any questions. Will definitely stay here again. If you enjoy a walk just down from the hotel is a public path which leads you to a trail along the river Avon which was a really nice walk
The hotel gets mixed reviews.
For my purposes (single traveller, 1 night business trip) it was very good especially for the price. I had a newly refurbished room with king sized bed. The room had plenty of space, and was very clean. Lots of parking on the hotel in a safe area. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
I'd say the hotel is being gradually upgraded to a budget, which given the cost of my room is fine for me. There was no chair / desk which is slightly annoying when on a business trip, also strangely no bedside table or similar.
Location: it is about 1.5 miles walk into the centre of town. I quite enjoyed this, and got a bus back; the bus stop is right outside hotel, and you get live bus times on the Stagecoach app
These were minor issues for me, everything was good and I would stay again if doing the same trip
