"Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess. "Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of the best places I've stayed in."

"There was a broken switch board in bathroom, water pressure was not that great in shower or toilet bidet. TV’s were not working. They did not recharge Tata Sky it seems."
