"This hotel says they won’t rent to locals. We got there at 3 AM and it was below zero. My D\L has my old address in Anchorage. We now live in Soldotna. They were not going to rent to us because I have a local address. We were able to prove we didn’t live in Anchorage. I guess if we couldn’t have they would have refused us and we would be out at 3 AM in sub zero weather. Supposedly someone stole from a room and they were local, so I guess all locals steal? Was told this is a company decision. If your local don’t book here. I know I won’t again."

"We always have a great visit when we stay at the Quality Inn in Kenai. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful at all times. Michael that takes care of quest during the breakfast rush in the morning is always very personable with visitors. We look forward to seeing him during our visits. He’s just an amazing fella. Your whole staff goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable. "
