Great hotel. Staff made it feel like more of a family business than a chain. Clean, modern, tidy, practical rooms with comfy beds and great linens. I also like the interior doors onto a corridor rather than those that point out onto a carpark. Definitely feels safer.
Location is great for the freeway but also a little odd in a mall carpark.
Two down sides. One was the poorly fitting windows led to noise from the freeway. I would recommend asking for a room that points in the other direction...

Warm and cosy, cookies served in the aft noon, coffee to greet you, close to shopping and dining. Breakfast very good, omelettes made to your liking. Would stay here again, no complaints, the beds were very comfy too.

The room I booked through Expedia was apparently their base room which meant I ended up next to the elevator. I asked for a different room - I felt I paid a decent amount for the room as compared to what I could have paid directly to the hotel….I was over charged! They upgraded me for a fee….a little disappointed in Expedia’s price charged - $232 AUD which is about $155 US - they were charging $120 US for this room and that is about $177 AUD. I don’t like being ripped off, which is what appears...

I was with my partner, on vacation, from Australia. The hotel is very well presented, staff were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, parking was plentiful and easy. And a very good selection for breakfast the following morning. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay again.

Good sized, clean and comfortable room. Friendly service. Had difficulty finding it as GPS did not have address but Hotel.com map helped. Internet good and fast. A bit remote from restaurants.
