The parking pass must be left in the unit at the end of your stay. If it is not returned, a $200 fee will be deducted from the damage deposit to cover the City's replacement fee.
Please leave garbage outside by the outdoor steps when you're done.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
