Welcome to Sol Terra Stays - located in the Glenmore /University area of Kelowna . Stunningly furnished and outfitted with modern decor to accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably.
Enjoy a carefree home-like stay with us in our 2 bedroom 1 bath ground level garden suite. We are located 15 mins from downtown Kelowna, less than a 5 mins drive to UBC Okanagan and a 7 mins drive to Kelowna International Airport.
Guests will appreciate that our house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, backing on to a mountainside, allowing guests to enjoy hiking trails with mountain and valley views.
Our guest suite features all the little extras for your convenience and comfort. All you need to do is pack your clothes!
This is the perfect place to stay - whether you're here to enjoy an unforgettable family vacation or if you're travelling for business or with friends.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Beautifully furnished and modern upscale suite which has a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will enjoy your private garden patio with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ.

Starter pack: paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap. Starter pack of coffee grinds for the drip coffee and 2 pods for the Keurig, tea & sugar - Basic spices, salt & pepper (whatever is left behind from other guests) - Some guests leave pantry & fridge items behind for the next guests to use. You are welcome to use whatever is there and leave whatever you don’t or can’t bring back with you. We assess these items by checking expiry and ensure that they are safe for the next guests to use. If you choose not to use any of these items, please move them aside or just let me know so I can pick them up. Please do not throw these items away.

This was a great quiet location. Very clean and juat what we needed for our weekend of hockey. Fantastic price and the host was lovely. Will recommend and stay here again.
Our stay was delightful. The location was very convenient for all of the places we wanted to see. The suite was perfect to accommodate our needs. Andrea was lovely and helpful and has put good energy into setting up her space. Perfect home away from home. We left with gratitude!
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything you need and then some. It was really cozy and nicely decorated. We even enjoyed a little hike up the hill out back. Very close to the university and airport as well.

We had a great stay at Sol Terra. Andrea was a great host, and supplied everything we needed. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfy. A car is necessary as there aren’t any nearby amenities, but that also means the area is nice and quiet. If you need a comfy place from which to explore the area, this one’s for you.

This rental was excellent it was very clean and the area of this home was very quiet and easy to get to. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Unit was perfect for our 5 day trip to visit family. Location was perfect and neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. A/C in main living area was greatly appreciated during the heat wave. No complaints!
Found this gem that’s only 8-10 mins drive to Highnoon Park for our daughter's softball tournament. Clean and cozy. In suite washer and dryer were very helpful considering we had to wash our daughter's uniform. Queen size bed was enough for my wife and I while our daughter slept in the other room with the double.
We had a wonderful stay at Sol Terra garden suite. The suite was well equipped with everything we could have needed. We had come to Kelowna to visit our children who attend UBCO and the location couldn't have been any better. It was a stone's throw from the University and made our frequent trips back and forth from the campus a breeze. Super comfy beds and a nice quiet spot. We will be back for the graduation of our kids and plan to stay here again. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay!
The property was very clean and well maintained. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Our trip was during the wild fire period and Andrea promptly responded to any questions we had and was understanding of the concerns we may have about travel.
The location is a little out of the way, as compared to what we expected. However, it worked out great for us as it was close to our destination.
Clean, bright, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, private patio area, convenient location to access a major roadway. I would definitely stay there again.
