Enjoy a carefree home-like stay with us in our 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor with a creek view. Guests will appreciate the floor plan which separates the two bedrooms allowing for maximum privacy.
All our units feature the little extras for your convenience and comfort. All you need to do is pack your clothes!

Andrea was a wonderful host; good check-in process to start off our stay (buzz in and door code in advance so no need to coordinate an exact arrival time). The unit is on the quiet creek side of the building and on the 3rd floor with easy access to the swimming pool and fitness facility. Underground parking and the bike cages for our bikes offered peace of mind. The unit itself is well stocked, clean, and simply decorated. The balcony area has a gas BBQ and sits 2 people. A few updates to carpet and blinds may be required in upcoming years, as they are starting to show wear, but other than that, this unit is in good condition. The best part, however, is the location; walking distance to 2 wonderful beaches, restaurants, stores, groceries, cafes, and bike paths.
The condo was very clean and extremely well-stocked. Andrea’s communication was excellent from booking to check out. We had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities!
Our family of 4 stayed at Andrea's place in August and had a great time. The place had a a beautiful outdoor pool and was in a super location...next to the beach and 5 minutes from the grocery store. The place was comfortable and the right size for us. You'll enjoy it!
We had a great stay at this property. Very responsive and helpful host. Everything was extremely clean and looked after. Well located for beaches, groceries etc. Pool was so loved by my kids!

We had the best time for the week we were there. The condo was immaculate and the location to the beach was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is comfortable and well supplied in a quiet part of the complex overlooking a creek. It’s on the 3rd floor with close access to the outdoor pool and hot tub.
The complex location is great, it’s very convenient to walk to the local beaches and the access the Mission Greenway. Shops and restaurants are also close by, walking or a short drive.
We very much enjoyed our stay. They suite was comfortable, clean and just as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was thorough and helpful.

From providing your beautiful condo exactly as advertised and photographed, easy check-in and most of all your personal contact and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. The pool and courtyard area looked so inviting but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy…next time!
Perfect apartment for a family of 4, with the large bunk bed in the den. Nice quiet location in the building over looking the creek. Not sure if will be a bit louder over the next few years with the construction on the north of the creek. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Could maybe use a few minor maintenance items, but nothing that affects quality of stay. Would stay again, as found was good value in the Del Sol building.
I stayed in this unit with my family while in town for a wedding. Accommodations were clean, and way more comfortable than a hotel. Would highly recommend!

Quick Family Vacation
The room was great and had everything we needed. Nice and close to beaches, but too far away from downtown activities. Due to Covid, there was no seating in the patio areas, and the pool/ deck area was time limited 10 AM to 6 PM. Unfortunately, that also meant everyone jammed into that area. It was also not specific in the description.
Our family really enjoyed our time here! The kids loved the outdoor pool and the double sized bunk beds in the second bedroom. We enjoyed the BBQ on our balcony as well as lakeside dining at the restaurants across the street - both Smak DAB and Eldorado hotel have excellent food and beautiful views. Also, the stairwell takes you down to the creek side exit that is just two minutes walk along the road to the beach. Great location!
