Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely. Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus...

The location is ok. It wasn’t particularly clean and the Wi-Fi only worked occasionally. Not impressed. "
