"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The staff is wonderful. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is fantastic as well. Parking is limited and the roads are tight. We pulled up and a male staff member unloaded our suitcases and then moved the car for us to where it could be parked. I would recommend doing this as we never would have known to park where he did. It is about 6 - 7 min walk from the bazzar and maybe 15 -20 min from the castle. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Beautifully re-done building, with a very comfortable bed and large room. Meals were excellent as well, and the service was wonderful. The area is very nice with a very nice patio for meals. Very quiet and sturdy place. Great easy walk into town or if you want a nice hike,you can follow the path up to the top of the hill behind the villa for a great view. "

"We booked a Deluxe Double Room - it was really luxury, clean and with nice design. It is a big bed with canopy. Breakfast was included and with many options. Even bottled water was provided. What we disliked was two things only - the shower cabin was small and the hotel is located on a hill. There is more than one road leading to the property - the one that Google Maps directed us to was in bad condition. The hotel has a free parking. "I booked this property because of all the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. A small run family guest house. It only has 5 rooms. I stayed 3 nights and was the only guest. "Great, character room in the heart of the old town. It was a gorgeous room and hotel. The staff was amazing, very helpful with setting up a taxi to get us to the bus station. Their breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the view from the room was incredible and we really really enjoyed our stay here "
