"Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a gorgeous setting. The views are breathtaking taking. Very conveniently located to a public beach which is a really good beach, we visited frequently. The hotel is well located near the main town and lots of local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed."

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. The SPA had issues when we wanted to use it, the extra activities prices are crazy … but overall the personal is really kind and welcome, food and beverages are amazing, hotel rooms great and comfy!"
