"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. "Five Star all the way. Stayed in a room with Club Access in the 22nd floor, which was so worth it. Got an omlette made by Kai Der, the Hyatt egg and omlette-master. Amazing housekeeping, super-helpful concierge. Location is unbeatable, with an access to Taipei 101, convention centre. excellent surrounding malld and the MTR (take Exit 5) literally around the corner. All around amazing. "
"Clean and convenient.
Elevators’ sensors not working well, doors closed even when someone was still entering or exiting ,causing bruise to arm. Parents beware of kids entering and exiting elevators !!"
"Excellent location and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff are all accommodating and helpful esp Kevin at the concierge. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next family trip to Taiwan"
"Location is great. Rooms are good size. We had a small window and carpet old so bring slippers. Staff tidy up, clean br, new towels daily, and take out trash daily. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit daily... try the purple sprouts!"
