Exactly what we expected…

"My wife and I were impressed when we stayed at the Shangri-La in Cebu and therefore we decided to book another Shangril-La for a brief stay in Jakarta. We were not disappointed with the service being very good, all staff attentive and the hotel being to a high standard. The breakfast was again a stand-out part of the stay with a wide selection. Even though we were not travelling with children, the hotel seems very good at looking after people with kids with lots of things to keep the little ones occupied. "

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "
