"This is my 7th visit to Courtyard since coming to Bali. You can not fault the beautiful staff and facilities. Close to everything including the beach and shops/ restaurants. Eat street a short distance away using the hotels shuttle service. The pool bar is excellent and the breakfast is amazing. Will always come back here. Special mention to Yukti and Ari who made our stay extra special and really looked after us. "

"Outstanding service in a large and very well provisioned hotel resort. There is security at the entrances to the resort, plenty of restaurants offering a range of cuisines and special events in the main quad that serves BBQ, etc with entertainment in the evening (which is local dancing and singing). Rooms are cleaned and towels refreshed twice a day with all usual amenities provided. Free drinking water is abundant and refreshed in your room as well as being available at several locations around the resort and the ice is made from bottled water and safe to consume in drinks. If also IHG member a late check out is provided and a room to shower in before transport to the airport was offered. Hotel itself feels very new and is very well maintained and the staff are all friendly and polite. Hotel is just across the road from Seminyak beach and not actually on the beach itself and does not have hotel sunloungers but there were plenty for private hire at a reasonable cost. It is about a 20 minute walk into Seminyak square which could be a little treacherous for the uninitiated but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel which goes twice a day. Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with large comfortable rooms and plenty of space to chill out around the pool and nearby beach. It was sometimes difficult to tear ourselves away from the resort to go exploring. "

"Great place if you are planning a trip to Bali. The staff were excellent in terms of being helpful and they have a lot of dining options. The breakfast and the service staff were awesome. The resort has excellent facilities in terms of pool, gym, pool table, ping pong table or just lying on the beach in cabanas under shady trees. You will love your stay here and they also have a great spa with some awesome therapists, make sure to get a massage to add to you already relax and rejuvenating trip to Bali."

"Lovely big hotel, grand old wooden staircase and roofings. Big hotel but never felt over crowded plenty of room for everyone! Breakfast very good. Staff lovely, deluxe room was big and clean. The only downfall really was the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.Great quiet location, good bars and markets 10 mins walk. Beachfront, amazibg!"

"All Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools. Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas. Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees. "
