"Friendly helpful staff on reception, forgot our adapter & they lent us one. There are no USB sockets in the room. Hotel is in a great location on the main pedestrian street. Room & bathroom was clean & spacious. Did get a bit stuffy & hot even after opening the window. Was a little noisy ant night, our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. Large variety & choice for breakfast."

Large bedroom but sparsely furnished made it feel a bit sterile & without any theme or character.

"Breakfast was disappointing, I had read reviews about the excellent breakfast but the eggs were awful, bread was poor and the beans were beyond dry. The staff in the breakfast area were not welcoming, not one made eye contact or said good morning or even nodded at us.
When we checked out we were asked if we used the room bar which we did, we paid for the couple of drinks and that was it, no thanks for your custom, no hope you had a pleasant stay, absolutely nothing not even a goodbye, it was really weird and although the hotel is in a great location we definitely wouldn't return."
