The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and relaxing. The only downside was that there was no body lotion provided.

Loved our stay. Hotel was overwhelmed though for first 5 days of our stay. No bellhops present when we arrived. Had to bring in our own bags. Still no bellman appeared.
First night dinner, no silverware. Asked 3 times then finally went and got our own.
Need more staff for shuttle. One shuttle for whole hotel??
